Azure del Mar is one of the first apartment complexes in Bulgaria built to suit the Arab home buyers.
The 100 mln euro luxury project is financed by Kaliakra Invest, a joint venture of construction entrepreneur Ivan Stanchev and partner Valentin Nikolov.
The first phase of the project will place on the market some 200 apartment units. Total inventory will reach 1,000 apartments upon the completion of the development in 3.5-4 years.
Prices start from 45,000 euro and go as high as 260,000 euro per unit.
Stanchev is an active investor in several inland and coastal property developments. He co-owned Interlink BG which invest 20 mln euro last year in the Windows to Paradise vacation village. The same company bankrolled the Cedar Heights 1 and 2 apartment complexes in ski resort Pamporovo.(Dnevnik)
