Bulgarian consortium Stanilov-Trace and Germany's Ed Zublin have submitted offers for the construction of a main sewerage collector in Stara Zagora. The Bulgarian tie-in has proposed to implement the project for 4.695 mln euro versus a cost of 6.253 mln euro offered by Ed Zublin. The project is co-financed by EU's ISPA fund, the EIB and the state budget.
